Our application process is designed to be as simple as possible. We follow up with each application and require a face to face meeting before any fund are released.

    Most frequently asked questions and answers

    The fund is managed by Pledge NW, a charity focused on ending poverty in Greater Manchester. The charity is made up of three independent trustees and the chief executive. 

    The fund is setup to support individuals, however you must apply through a locally registered charity.

    We aim to process applications  swiftly and encourage you to ensure you fill out the application form in as much detail as possible.

    Yes, we are currently accepting new donations to the fund and would encourage you to donate to keep the fund running as long as possible.

    There are a few things that cannot be funded, such as activities that have already taken place or been paid for, activities promoting political or religious beliefs and contributions to major appeals.

    The maximum individual grant is £150 per person.
